Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to handle office management and front desk responsibilities. The role requires ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and correspondence.
- Greet visitors, manage reception area, and maintain visitor records.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation (physical and digital).
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and resolve office-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in administration, office management, or receptionist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
