Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Timesheet
- Day to day communication with international team and clients
- Maintain and update complete data base
- Organize Filing
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Documentation & Records keeping
- Saudi Arabia / Foreign Experience will be preferred
- Finance Support
- Other Administrative/Additional tasks assigned by senior management
Qualifications & Skills required:
- B.com or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years experience in administration
- Excellent command on Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Desirable:
Saudi Arabia / Foreign Experience will be preferred
