Admin Officer (Lahore based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Timesheet
  • Day to day communication with international team and clients
  • Maintain and update complete data base
  • Organize Filing
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Documentation & Records keeping
  • Saudi Arabia / Foreign Experience will be preferred
  • Finance Support
  • Other Administrative/Additional tasks assigned by senior management

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • B.com or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in administration
  • Excellent command on Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Desirable:

Saudi Arabia / Foreign Experience will be preferred

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
