Mustafa Construction is seeking a proactive and well-connected Admin Officer with strong liaison experience to join our team at our DHA Phase 2 Islamabad office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative operations and office coordination
- Handle liaison with government departments, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders
- Maintain documentation, permits, and compliance records
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments
- Support management in day-to-day operational matters
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA from a recognized institution
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar administrative/liaison role
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Knowledge of official procedures and documentation handling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
