Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; preferably a Master’s Degree in Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2~3 years of experience in Administration or Operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain discipline within support staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise Sweepers, Mali (Gardeners), and Painters.
  • Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance and operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and gardening activities are properly executed.
  • Handle all administrative support tasks and prepare reports for the General Manager (Admin).
  • Coordinate with departments regarding maintenance and administrative matters.
  • Maintain records, staff attendance, and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure discipline, safety, and smooth operational activities within assigned areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
