Admin Officer – Stitching Unit

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:- 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Facility Coordination, preferably within a manufacturing or textile environment.

Job Description:-

  • Manage and oversee all administrative operations of the Stitching Unit, ensuring smooth daily activities, workplace discipline, cleanliness, and an organized work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain all office and production facilities, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure the proper availability and utilization of administrative assets and resources.
  • Maintain and verify administrative asset records, and monitor the PR/issuance and consumption of stationery, janitorial items, and administrative supplies.
  • Coordinate with contractors, follow up on canteen, transport, and housekeeping services, and ensure timely completion of work with company standards.
  • Supervise housekeeping and canteen operations, ensure cleanliness and service quality, and address employee welfare-related administrative matters.
  • Perform inward and outward entries in SAP and G-Tech systems.
  • Prepare and issue inward and outward gate passes as per company procedures and maintain record (manual & system-based).
  • Coordinate with Inventory, Purchase, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth material movement and support stock verification, material tracking, and audit activities.
  • Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Coordinate effectively with HR, Maintenance, Security, Production, and other departments and support administrative tasks
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to administration and facility operations.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
