Admin & Operation Assistant (Arabic Speaking Female)

Job Description:
Affordable Group of Companies is seeking a proactive Arabic-speaking female Admin & Operation Assistant to support daily office operations, coordinate internal teams, and manage client communication. The candidate must be flexible and willing to travel inside and outside the UAE for business meetings, project visits, and operational support. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in administration, operations, and office coordination in corporate or project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination.
  • Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and schedules.
  • Support operations, HR, finance, and facility management functions.
  • Assist management during local and international travel for projects and client visits.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and proficient in English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or office operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible to travel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
