Job Description:
We are a fast-growing construction company based in East Tennessee looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative & Operations Assistant.
This role is critical to helping us scale by managing communication, organizing projects, assisting with marketing/outreach, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, texts, and emails professionally
- Assist with scheduling jobs and coordinating crews
- Maintain and update customer/contact lists
- Perform outreach to property managers and clients
- Track leads, follow-ups, and ongoing projects
- Organize job files, estimates, and documents
- Assist with marketing efforts (social media, emails, etc.)
- Help implement systems and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic software
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in construction or real estate
- Experience with CRM tools
- Basic marketing or social media experience
Pay:
$18–$25/hour (based on experience)
