About the Role
Nirvana Designs is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive with a hospitality background. This role blends administrative support for our design studio with operational management of our Airbnb farmhouse property. The ideal candidate is organized, client-friendly, and flexible—capable of managing appointments, proposals, and bookings while also taking care of on-ground tasks (including driving when required).
Key Responsibilities Admin & Client Support
- Schedule and manage appointments for the leadership team.
- Draft, send, and follow up on client proposals and agreements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
Airbnb & Farmhouse Operations
- Manage bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs, and reservation calendar.
- Coordinate housekeeping, vendors, and maintenance at the farmhouse.
- Ensure smooth guest experience and resolve on-ground issues.
- Maintain booking and payment records.
General Operations & Logistics
- Assist with operational tasks for both the studio and farmhouse.
- Drive management or clients when required (mandatory).
- Manage purchases, pickups, and local logistics for operations.
Requirements
- Background in hospitality, administration, or operations management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Valid driving license (mandatory) with safe driving skills.
- Ability to adapt between client-facing and operational responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
