Admin & Operations Executive

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Operations Executive to oversee daily office operations and staff coordination. This role will act as the main point of contact between management and employees, ensuring smooth office functioning in the absence of company owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and office discipline

Track employee working hours, leaves, and absences

Follow up with employees regarding attendance and task completion

Ensure company policies and office rules are being followed

Coordinate with team members to ensure projects and assigned tasks are delivered on time

Handle employee concerns and communicate important matters to management

Manage visitor and client reception, meetings, and office hospitality

Act as the primary office representative when management is unavailable

Oversee office facilities and resolve operational issues such as internet, utilities, maintenance, and supplies

Prepare attendance records and assist with salary processing

Maintain office records, reports, and administrative documentation

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all departments

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership ,team coordination abilities and cooperative physical apearance.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions

Professional appearance and attitude

Previous experience in Administration, Operations, HR, or Office Management preferred

What we are Looking for,

A confident, responsible, and organized individual who can take ownership of office operations, manage staff effectively, handle clients professionally, and ensure the office runs smoothly even in the absence of management.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
