We’re looking for a hands-on Admin & Operations Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across production, supply chain, imports, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on structure, data, and cross-functional problem-solving ; ensuring that materials, people, and processes move seamlessly across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative operations within the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth internal coordination.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to monitor movement of materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate imports and shipments - working with freight forwarders, customs agents, and banks for documentation and payments.
- Maintain oversight on factory compliance, vendor documentation, and statutory renewals.
- Manage vendor and client communication for orders, documentation, and order status updates.
- Support the Founders’ Office with client-facing activities - quotations, order management, and presentation support.
- Identify and implement administrative process improvements across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing administration / operations / supply chain coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of imports, logistics documentation, and vendor management.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing compliance and factory administration.
- Comfortable with data, reporting tools (Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems), and structured communication.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up discipline across multiple departments.
- A proactive, resourceful professional who can work closely with founders and internal teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹660,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
