Job Summary:
The Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office documentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Assist HR and finance departments with basic documentation
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
