Admin (Product Approval & Content Quality)

Key Responsibilities

·      Review and approve products uploaded by sellers or internal teams.

·      Verify accuracy of product details such as titles, descriptions, sizes, colors, prices, materials, and images.

·      Ensure all product content complies with company guidelines, brand tone, and catalog standards.

·      Categorize products correctly across men’s & women’s fashion, footwear, and accessories.

·      Reject or request revisions for products with incorrect or incomplete information.

·      Collaborate with Vendor onboard team to resolve discrepancies.

·      Maintain catalog consistency for smooth customer browsing and shopping experience.

·      Stay updated with fashion trends, fabrics, sizing standards, and terminology to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Fashion

·      Strong knowledge of apparel, footwear, and accessories.

·      Previous experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or catalog management is an advantage.

·      Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

·      Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

·      Good communication and coordination skills.
