A Real Estate Development Company is seeking for Property/Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee real estate development projects with a strong focus on compliance and quality.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the procedures and regulations set forth by DLD/RERA.
  • Utilise knowledge of Noqodi wallet and escrow accounts for financial management.
  • Manage the OQOOD registration process and title deed issuance efficiently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various properties in our portfolio.
  • Ensure effective communication through strong written and verbal skills.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display commitment through a valid driving license and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in real estate development.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • A degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer skills for correspondence and reporting.
