Admin / Proposal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Admin / Proposal Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative support and proposal coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading business proposals and reports
  • Maintain and organize company documents and records
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Support data entry and document management tasks
  • Communicate with internal departments to gather information for proposals
  • Ensure deadlines are met for proposal submissions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
