Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading business proposals and reports
- Maintain and organize company documents and records
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Support data entry and document management tasks
- Communicate with internal departments to gather information for proposals
- Ensure deadlines are met for proposal submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
