Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–12pm & occasional Saturdays

Everguard Materials is a fast-growing fence supply company serving contractors and homeowners in the greater Seattle area. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support our purchasing and back-office operations.
Responsibilities
Purchasing
- Order and track inventory for wood, chain link, hog wire, and hardware
- Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and coordinate deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and reconcile POs with invoices
Accounts Payable
- Enter and process vendor invoices
- Ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies
Accounts Receivable
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Track incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Coordinate with the sales team on any billing issues
Administrative
- Maintain internal records and help with document prep
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and internal communication
- Handle general office tasks and support day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in accounting, purchasing, or admin support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Construction or building materials experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Spruce POS is a bonus
- Monday–Friday & occasional Saturdays schedule (7am–12pm)
