About Us
We are a leading Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in property sales and leasing across prime communities. We are looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist/Admin to manage our front desk operations, assist with daily office coordination, and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a neat, presentable, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate team members.
- Serve refreshments to guests and ensure meeting rooms are prepared before and cleaned after appointments.
- Oversee daily office opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance team to ensure office upkeep and cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, pantry items, and stationery inventory.
- Maintain staff attendance records and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and updating data sheets.
- Provide general assistance to management and team members as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polite and positive attitude.
- Must be well-presented, professional in appearance, and confident in dealing with clients and guests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic email handling.
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English
