Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide front-desk support in a fast-paced legal and business environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors .
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and basic documentation.
  • Ensure the reception and office areas remain organized and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration, receptionist, or office management roles is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
