Admin Receptionist with Car Rental Experience

Job Title: Admin / Receptionist (Car Rental Experience Required Only)

Pay: 3,000.00 (AED) - 3,500.00 (AED) per month

Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Branch Manager

Working hours: 9 am until 8 pm

Day Off: 1 day

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Admin/Receptionist with experience in the car rental industry to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience handling customer service in a car rental company.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries
  • Prepare rental agreements and related documents
  • Coordinate with drivers and fleet department
  • Maintain records, invoices, and daily reports
  • Update customer information in the system
  • Assist in basic HR/Admin tasks when required

Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Appointment Coordination:

  • Manage the dealership’s appointment calendar for sales, service, and management.
  • Notify relevant staff of customer arrivals and appointments.

Customer Service:

  • Provide information about the dealership’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Car Rental company (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of rental agreements and RTA procedures
  • Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Well-presented and customer-service oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
