We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin Executive with strong "English communication" skills to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecsting & Analysis the Agreements (Management of Funds)
  • Invoice Processing Accuracy
  • Detailed Understanding of Documents and Agreements
  • Handle daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update records, databases
  • Assist in preparing Reports, Agreements, and Spreadsheets
  • Manage Emails, Phone calls, and Follow-up tasks
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
