Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Sales Manager
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client information
- Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries and payments
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance trackers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic order or documentation issues
- Support B2B sales activities, including corporate accounts and key clients
- Assist with tender/RFP documentation and submissions when require
