Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Sales Manager
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client information
  • Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries and payments
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance trackers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic order or documentation issues
  • Support B2B sales activities, including corporate accounts and key clients
  • Assist with tender/RFP documentation and submissions when require
