Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator – Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a professional and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling emails, calls, and client communication
- Preparing quotations, documents, and reports
- Organizing schedules and follow-ups
- Supporting sales and marketing teams
- Managing office files and documentation
- Simple Canva tasks (preferred)
Requirements:
- Currently residing in Qatar
- Good English communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, professional, and able to work under pressure
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Full availability without personal commitments affecting work schedule
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: 2,400 – 2,800 QAR
- Transportation Allowance: 250 QAR
- API Achieved Performance Incentives: 300 – 600 QAR monthly
Based on:
- Completing admin tasks and deadlines
- Supporting sales and marketing targets
- Communication and follow-up quality
- Attendance and discipline
- Total potential monthly package: 3,000 – 3,650 QAR
