We are seeking a beautiful and presentable EMIRATI lady to join our team as a Admin cum Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk reception services while also managing our organization's social media presence. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, professionalism, and a strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Admin Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person, and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it represents our company's image.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members.
Social Media Specialist:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin) that aligns with the company's brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual branding across social media platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Should be EMIRATI
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of experience in the same field is a must.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative social media strategies.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
