Cox O&M is looking for an
Admin Specialist
at the Jafurah Desalination Plant to provide comprehensive administrative support, including procurement coordination, logistics, and documentation, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage documentation, correspondence, and filing systems; assist in preparing reports and tracking operational activities.

Procurement Coordination: Support daily purchasing activities, follow up on orders, and assist with budget control.

Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and assist in evaluations.

Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate shipments and site deliveries; ensure proper inspection and documentation.

Compliance & Governance: Maintain full documentation for audits and adhere to company policies.

Systems & Reporting: Use ERP (SAP) for tracking purchase orders and generate periodic reports.

Team Coordination: Organize meetings, training sessions, and staff movements; facilitate interdepartmental communication.
Requirements

Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

3–5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in industrial or O&M environments.

Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP).

Fluent English (C1 or higher); Arabic is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work in remote areas and multicultural teams.
