Admin Staff / Office Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to handle customer communication and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment status
  • Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and invoices
  • Prepare simple reports on payment collection status

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional and polite attitude when dealing with customers
  • Preferred: philippines candidates
