Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to handle customer communication and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment status
- Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and invoices
- Prepare simple reports on payment collection status
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional and polite attitude when dealing with customers
- Preferred: philippines candidates
