Job Title: Admin with expertise in excel formulas

Location: Dubai Investment Park

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Admin with excellent communication and must be an expert with Excel Spreadsheets to support our operations through advanced spreadsheet development. The ideal candidate can do formulas, v-lookups, Index etc proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets using complex formulas and functions
  • Analyze and organize data to support reporting and decision-making
  • Create automated calculations, dashboards, and data validation tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through spreadsheet solutions
  • Work independently and proactively to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced and complex formulas
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Willingness to work on-site at Dubai Investment Park

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
