About Centerstone Interiors:
Centerstone Interiors is a leading design and build company based in Dubai, delivering high-quality interior fit-out and renovation solutions since 2016. As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin cum HR & PRO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE labor laws, HR administration, and PRO procedures, ensuring smooth coordination between the company, employees, and government authorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations including correspondence, filing, and document control.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance tracking, and maintaining HR records.
  • Draft and review employment-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and NDAs.
  • Ensure company compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle all PRO-related tasks, including processing visa applications, renewals, Emirates ID, medicals, and other government documentation (MOHRE, immigration, DED, etc.).
  • Maintain and monitor renewals for trade licenses, insurances, tenancy contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with government departments, free zones, and external agencies when required.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors and support in reviewing simple contracts or legal correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in HR and legal records.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to management and project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Law (or a related field).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Admin, HR, or PRO roles within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in construction, interiors, or contracting industries.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in UAE or available to relocate.
