Admin/Accountant (Female Only)

Manama, Bahrain

Responsibilities as Admin

· Preparing Quotations and various reports

· Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence

· Assisting the Team with basic administration and tasks

· Managing stationery and other general office supplies and equipment and ensuring supplies are kept at a consistent level

· Responding to straightforward correspondence through email, written, telephone communication

· Handling the preparation of paperwork such as engagement letters, cover letters, invoices, and general letters

· Track Inventory and Asset Records

Responsibilities as Accountant

· Maintaining and preparing the excel sheet for the invoices on a monthly basis

· Handling the preparation of the financial statements by rolling out the previous year to the current one

· Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation

· Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity

· Updating financial records (data entry)

· Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line

· Managing income and expenditure accounts.

· Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data

· Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status

Skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

· Experience with accounting and data entry

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment

· Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

· Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets.

· Ability to work independent

· Analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 per month
