Admin/Accounts Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a structured, detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage core administrative, financial coordination, and operational support functions. This role requires high ownership, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

The Admin Officer will act as a central coordination point across administration, accounts, and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Communicating with a Chartered Accountant for balance sheets and other financial documents.
- Generate invoices for bill payments as per the requirement.
- Handling MOUs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, FUCs, etc
- Maintain a company calendar, daybook, and team leave records
- Bank and market visits as and when required.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Payment collection - calls and mails, Invoicing.
- Keep check- office amenities and related billing, repair, and renewal.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Schedule in-house and external events.
- Coordinating with the team regularly, as all the programs are interlinked.
- Manage office supplies, stock, and place orders. Etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must:

  • Be based in Delhi on NCR
  • Hold a B.Com or equivalent degree
  • Have experience in administration or a related field
  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accountability, and time management

  • Financially aware and comfortable handling documentation
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities without supervision
