Admin/HR intern

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

Timing : 11pm - 7am

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Help in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and update databases.
  • Support payroll documentation and attendance management.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.

Administration:

  • Handle office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and ensuring office upkeep.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Internship
