Key Responsibilities:
Timing : 11pm - 7am
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Help in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain employee records and update databases.
- Support payroll documentation and attendance management.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Administration:
- Handle office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ensuring office upkeep.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
