Job Overview:

This is an opportunity to assist our management team with a variety of roles and responsibilities. The admin assistant will be responsible to perform research and recommendations for various types of website and marketing adjustments. The position would be responsible for both WordPress and Shopify updates leading to improved optimization and online performance. This role would also be responsible for different tasks as assigned by the marketing director and design manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Various updates to client websites including shipping and tracking
  • General understanding of webs development and design techniques
  • Effective communication to both internal and external team members
  • Review and edit content from other creative team members
  • Build company brand awareness and positioning for new programs

Requirements:

  • Study Marketing or Bachelor's degree, Business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact
