ADMIN WITH ACCOUNTS KNOWLEDGE

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant with basic accounts knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist in handling accounts-related tasks, and ensure smooth administrative functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office duties: filing, data entry, correspondence
  • Assist in handling invoices, quotation, receipts, and petty cash
  • Bookkeeping and records maintenance
  • Support the accounts team with document preparation
  • Answer phone calls and handle office communications
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / other accounting software (added advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
