We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to heavily support admin. The role involves handling administrative tasks, document management, data entry and extensive use of Microsoft Word and Excel . The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident with spreadsheets, and able to work independently.
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong experience using Microsoft Word
Advanced Excel skills are essential, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data management
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of office administration processes
