Role Description

Key Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain company administrative and project documents
• Prepare official letters, reports, and internal correspondence
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Assist with government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, etc.)
• Track incoming and outgoing documents and emails
• Support management with follow-ups related to vendors, projects, and internal administration
• Ensure proper document control and filing system
