Administration Coordinator (Travel & Supplies Management - US Operations)

Active8 Wireless is a fast-growing US-based company operating 500+ Metro by T-Mobile retail stores across the United States. Our Karachi-based back office plays a vital role in supporting US operations through strategic insight, data analysis, and operational excellence.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our team. The Internal Auditor is responsible for managing corporate travel arrangements for employees across the United States.

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
  • Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Location: Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi
  • Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates flight, hotel, rental car, and other travel bookings through approved vendors
  • Ensures all travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget guidelines
  • Maintains travel schedules, itineraries, and handles changes, cancellations, and emergencies
  • Keeps accurate records of travel expenses and prepares related reports
  • Negotiates with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to secure cost-effective rates
  • Manages procurement of operational and office supplies for multiple retail locations nationwide
  • Monitors inventory levels and ensures timely replenishment of supplies
  • Processes purchase orders and tracks deliveries from vendors and suppliers
  • Maintains strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and timely service
  • Resolves issues related to orders, shortages, damaged goods, and delivery delays
  • Analyzes supply usage and supports cost-saving initiatives
  • Maintains procurement documentation, invoices, and records
  • Provides administrative support to store managers and department heads
  • Prepares reports on travel expenses, procurement activities, and vendor performance
  • Supports development and improvement of administrative procedures and operations
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procurement standards
  • Assists with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
