Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and positive Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our team. Ideal candidates will be approachable, collaborative and good natured. This position is ideal for candidates who are customer first oriented, focused and willing to learn and expand on their current skill set in office operations, accounting support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls on the company’s main phone line with a pleasant and helpful attitude
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate record of issues and resolutions
- Process incoming mail and assist with daily office operations
- Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Order Entry/Invoicing functions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service, office or accounting experience
- Strong customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate Data Entry Skills with 60 wpm typing speed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
