Job Summary
The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing documentation, supporting management, and maintaining effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and internal communications
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Support management with reports, presentations, and data entry
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense claims when required
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
