ELIVA Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative and office operations efficiently
• Handle property documentation, contracts, tenancy agreements, and filing systems
• Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, developers, and government portals
• Maintain and update CRM systems, property listings, and databases
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and team coordination activities
• Support HR and accounting teams with basic administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and real estate regulations
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
• Monitor office supplies and maintain an organized working environment
🔹 Requirements:
• Previous experience in administration or office coordination, preferably in Real Estate
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Knowledge of Real Estate procedures and portals is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
