Administration Executive / Officer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration professional to manage day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, facility management, client visits, discipline management, and overall administrative support at our Karachi office.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2–3 years in Administration
Location: Karachi (candidates from Karachi only)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field) | BBA/MBA preferred
Industry: Any (Corporate / Manufacturing / Services)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office maintenance, cleanliness, security, and transport
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and stationery inventory
  • Coordinate with HR for employee facilitation and event management
  • Maintain asset register and office equipment
  • Manage client visits and ensure professional reception
  • Handle visitor management and courier services
  • Prepare administrative reports and budgets

  • MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Vendor management
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
