Administration Executive - Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Executive to support daily administrative operations, HR coordination, asset management, reporting, and internal stakeholder communication. The role requires strong organizational skills, reporting expertise, and the ability to manage multiple administrative workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and internal coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including system and access provisioning.
  • Maintain and track company assets (laptops, VDS, VPN access) and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Handle documentation management using MS Office and digital tools (e.g., DocuSign).
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports (weekly/monthly dashboards).
  • Manage mailbox, calendar scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for purchase orders and operational requests.
  • Provide email/chat-based support for administrative queries.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic Macros)
  • Experience in MIS reporting & data analysis
  • Knowledge of HR onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Experience in Asset & Portal Management
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Basic exposure to Power BI (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
