Administration & HR Executive – Forex & CFD Broker (MT5 Platform)
Core Role
The Administration & HR Executive ensures smooth back-office operations, employee management, and regulatory compliance within the brokerage. In an MT5-driven Forex & CFD environment, this role supports both internal operations (HR, admin) and external compliance (KYC, onboarding).
* Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
- Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies in line with UAE labor law.
- Handle payroll (including WPS, USDT, or direct transfers).
- Maintain employee records (visa, EID, insurance renewals).
- Organize training & development for CRM, sales, and operations staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee retention initiatives.
Administration:
- Oversee office operations (supplies, facilities, IT coordination).
- Manage vendor relationships (office leases, service providers, regulators).
- Support licensing, legal, and compliance documentation.
- Handle correspondence with banks, auditors, and regulators.
- Maintain proper filing (digital & hard copy) for contracts, invoices, and compliance records.
Brokerage & Compliance Support:
- Support KYC/AML checks for new client onboarding.
- Coordinate with compliance team for regulatory filings.
- Ensure HR/admin processes align with Forex & CFD brokerage standards.
- Assist in audits (internal & external).
* Skills Required
- Knowledge of Forex/CFD brokerage operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with MT5 environment and how HR/Admin interacts with traders’ support.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and compliance regulations.
- HR software/CRM familiarity.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
