Administration Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations, manage staff, and handle internal operations of the Yummy Ice Cream factory to ensure smooth and efficient working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall administrative and office operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure discipline and productivity
  • Oversee internal factory operations and coordination
  • Handle inter-department coordination (production, sales, distribution)
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reporting
  • Ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor office/factory maintenance and facilities
  • Ensure company policies and SOPs are properly implemented

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration or operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage factory/internal operations efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
