This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic architectural practice near Old Street tube station, London.
Key tasks include:
- monitoring online procurement portals and assessing potential job opportunities
- coordinating and writing bids/tenders from start to submission
- responsible for completing online procurement application forms on tender portals
- compiling all bid related documents required for tender submissions
- bid writing, copywriting and proofreading
- assist in the preparation of marketing material (written and graphic support)
- calendar and meeting management for marketing/bid matters
- manage the office project and contact database
- update the website, marketing material
The ideal candidate will have
- a graphical eye and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships at all levels across the practice
- strong organisational skills and ability to calmly manage a busy workload and deliver to tight and strict deadlines
- a strong understanding of how to effectively analyse client and bid requirements and develop response plans for technical questions
- a firm grasp of digital communications
- good Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word) is desirable
- working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), an advantage
