Are you looking to develop a career in Administration/ Marketing and are interested in working in an architectural design studio.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic architectural practice near Old Street tube station, London.

Key tasks include:

  • monitoring online procurement portals and assessing potential job opportunities
  • coordinating and writing bids/tenders from start to submission
  • responsible for completing online procurement application forms on tender portals
  • compiling all bid related documents required for tender submissions
  • bid writing, copywriting and proofreading
  • assist in the preparation of marketing material (written and graphic support)
  • calendar and meeting management for marketing/bid matters
  • manage the office project and contact database
  • update the website, marketing material

The ideal candidate will have

  • a graphical eye and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships at all levels across the practice
  • strong organisational skills and ability to calmly manage a busy workload and deliver to tight and strict deadlines
  • a strong understanding of how to effectively analyse client and bid requirements and develop response plans for technical questions
  • a firm grasp of digital communications
  • good Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word) is desirable
  • working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), an advantage
