Target Area and need
● Client orientations as acquired, conduct the orientations and clients register.
● Ensure client retention/ customer service satisfaction and full investigations of client complaints.
● Ensure all Sparks customer service areas are implemented (photos/ videos sent on schedule/ items labeled etc)
● Working staff members are doing exactly as is required to maintain Sparks educational level.
● Ensuring monthly Science and sensory plans are ready, all resources sourced and daily plan implemented alongside
the curriculum coordinator.
● Ensure teacher team leader updates all circle time boards (own this process to ensure it looks good and is
beneficial/ serves the preschool essential goal)
● Walk about. Responsible for the classes schedules and their adherence to.
● Must promote and enforce all Sparks rules i.e. singing the transition songs, using the slides to get into the garden,
walking to the right, hands on shoulders etc. (refer to teacher training manual for all areas which must be observed)
● Capture any issues, points or policy changes which hinder the implementation of such processes.
● Client relations, ensure ANY client issue is thoroughly investigated, reported and changes made to avoid the
repetition of the issue in future.
● Management report sent weekly with such issues and any other notes required.
● Child profiles to be completed by the teacher and checked weekly.
● Maintain Sparkers enrollment master file alongside Admin
● Be aware of Allergies and ensure they are being followed.
● Ensure all activities created are play based, made by the Sparker and demonstrate the theme, objective and
richness in resources (in a creative and resourceful manner)
● Thursday packs are checked
● Maintain look/feel/cleanliness and most importantly the purpose of the art room/ library/ din and play pretend
areas.
● All money calculations and collection (tuition/ Extras etc.)
● Ensure Sparks property is taken care off and maintained
● Maintenance walk about and schedule adhered to. To ensure that Sparks is a safe environment for children, staff
and others, that equipment is safe, standards of hygiene are high, safety procedures are implemented at all times
and fire drills are known. Overall Preschool maintenance list collection. Liaise with Admin as to the practicalities.
Making sure equipment, such as furniture and toys, are in a good state of repair and suitable for children.
● Manage Receptionist and all Admin associated tasks are completed.
● Create processes for the Front of house if needed.
● Assist reception in front of house duties..
● Manage/ liaise with the Events coordinator and photographer. Ultimately you own the outcome and success.
● Ensure Academic objectives for each age group are facilitated and achieved. .
● All employee Files and paperwork in order (new employee to receive the details of what is required)
● Managing the kitchen & Hygiene, health requirements alongside chef.
● Staff attendance for payroll and security log attendance checks.
● Art, Curriculum and Admin procurement purchase order collection in week 3 and stock control / inventory
alongside Accountant.
● Provide training on Icare to any new teachers.
● Update Child Profile folders and Class management folders with updated processes when required.
● Ensure Icare hard copy reports are filled out correctly by the teachers at 3 pm. Note any issues with children or
concerns we must report to parents back on.
● Collect any Icare related issues, compile and fix with the Sparks online team.
● Facilitate the arrival and dismissal procedures.
● To ensure that the welfare and safety of children is promoted within the setting and that any child protection
concerns are always acted upon appropriately and immediately..
● Responsible for Induction week alongside the Head of curriculum. Day one and two visits. Follow up that video
and photos are sent week 1 on whats app.
● Ensure overall support to management team and facilitation of external team & their requirements (Doctor/
Behaviour therapist etc)

Sparks Preschool New Cairo is currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Nursery Manager to join
their Family.

to lead by example and support the Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will:
● Hold minimum 3 years experience in a nursery/school (Pre K) setting in a leadership or supervisory role.
● Have excellent command of English (Verbal & Written) and computer skills
● Be passionate about working with children.
● Have a desire to learn and grow.
● Work well under pressure with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
● Work closely alongside the Operations Manager to drive the business forward.
● Ensure the highest level of wellbeing for each Sparker across all elements.
● Impeccable customer service, resolution techniques and bonding relationships.
● Work closely alongside colleagues and drive the strong ‘family vibe’.
● Be imaginative, creative, and not afraid to dress up, be covered in paint or gloop, and most importantly have fun.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month
