About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at Icon Cancer Centre, Windsor Gardens. This is a part time role working 4 days per week, 4.5 hours per day between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm. Weekdays only - no weekends! You'll play a key role in delivering high quality administrative support and exceptional service to patients, clinicians, and colleagues across both medical and radiation oncology.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and manage personal information entry
• Schedule appointments and triage referrals
• Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and care
• Process billing and manage daily banking
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Support the team with filing, scanning, and general admin tasks

About You

You're an experienced administrator with a passion for people and a proactive, can do attitude. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a front line admin role, ideally in healthcare
• Familiarity with electronic management systems and Medicare/health fund processes
• Strong computer skills (e.g., Word, Email)
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem solving abilities
• A collaborative spirit and the resilience to work in a demanding environment
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
