Duties & Responsibilities
Managing Correspondence: Handling emails, letters, phone calls, and other forms of communication. This may involve drafting
responses, forwarding messages to appropriate parties, and prioritizing incoming communications.
Scheduling: Arranging appointments, meetings, and events for managers or teams. This includes coordinating calendars, sending out
invitations, and ensuring all parties are informed of schedule changes.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Inputting and maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets. This could involve updating contact
lists, tracking expenses, or managing inventory.
Office Organization: Keeping the office environment tidy and organized. This might include ordering supplies, maintaining filing
systems, and ensuring equipment like printers and copiers are functioning properly.
Assisting with Projects: Providing support to various projects by conducting research, preparing presentations, and organizing
project-related materials.
Handling Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips. This may also involve preparing travel
itineraries and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Administrative Support: Assisting colleagues and managers with administrative tasks as needed. This could include
preparing documents, proofreading reports, and managing expense reports.
Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality as required by the organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
