We are seeking Admin Officer (Co-Ordinator)

SKMR Law Associates is seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Officer to manage and maintain the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office activities and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update office registers, files, and records systematically.
  • Handle client interactions and provide excellent customer support.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure timely completion of office duties.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, correspondence, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel and Email handling).
  • Prior experience in office administration preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : 15k to 18k - Subject to CONDITIONS.
