Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support day-to-day hospital administrative operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the hospital.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist in procurement, record management, and facility-related tasks.
- Ensure timely communication, reporting, and follow-up between departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare administration.
- Prior experience managing housekeeping or facility operations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation management.
