Cox T&I is looking for a Administration Technician to provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the project.
Key Responsabilities:
- Support day-to-day office administrative activities in coordination with project teams.
- Manage office maintenance and general services, including supplies, utilities, and service providers.
- Make proper records and follow up for company vehicles, accommodations, and other logistics support.
- Coordinate with HR for exit/re-entry processing, travel arrangements, and ticket bookings.
- Process and track invoices, purchase requests, and expense registrations in SAP.
- Provide time to time support to project teams for documentation, including registration of work orders in CMMS and DMS.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
