Cox T&I is looking for a Administration Technician to provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the project.

Key Responsabilities:
  • Support day-to-day office administrative activities in coordination with project teams.
  • Manage office maintenance and general services, including supplies, utilities, and service providers.
  • Make proper records and follow up for company vehicles, accommodations, and other logistics support.
  • Coordinate with HR for exit/re-entry processing, travel arrangements, and ticket bookings.
  • Process and track invoices, purchase requests, and expense registrations in SAP.
  • Provide time to time support to project teams for documentation, including registration of work orders in CMMS and DMS.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
