Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an automobile workshop or car garage environment
- Good understanding of vehicle service processes, job cards, spare parts coordination, and service scheduling
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic garage management or invoicing systems
- Ability to prepare service reports, invoices, quotations, and delivery documents
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and ability to interact confidently with customers, technicians, and suppliers
- Capable of handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
- Basic knowledge of accounts support, including payment tracking and petty cash, is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment
