Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an automobile workshop or car garage environment
  • Good understanding of vehicle service processes, job cards, spare parts coordination, and service scheduling
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic garage management or invoicing systems
  • Ability to prepare service reports, invoices, quotations, and delivery documents
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and ability to interact confidently with customers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Capable of handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
  • Basic knowledge of accounts support, including payment tracking and petty cash, is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
