Veejay Associates is hiring an Accountant & Admin to handle accounting, administrative duties, and field collection activities for our Calicut branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general accounts and day-to-day bookkeeping
  • Manage inventory records, stock entries, and reconciliation
  • Handle accounts receivable and customer outstanding follow-ups
  • Perform field collection and update collection records
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic financial reports
  • Coordinate with office and field operations for smooth workflow
  • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in accounting, admin, or field collection
  • Knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
  • Willingness to travel locally for collection work
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in trading / distribution field
  • Two-wheeler with valid license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
